01 Definitions

The following terms, when used in this Agreement with initial capital letters, shall have the meanings set out below:

02 Eligibility

Access to and use of the rk89 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that all of the following conditions are satisfied:

• You are at least 21 years of age. The minimum age requirement for all online gambling services offered by rk89 is 21 years old. This requirement applies regardless of any lower age of majority under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited or where you hold a lawful right to access such services. You are solely responsible for determining whether your access to rk89 complies with applicable local laws.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual, and not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any other person or entity.
• You do not have an existing rk89 Account that has been suspended, closed, or subject to a self-exclusion restriction. Only one Account per person, household, IP address, device, and payment method is permitted.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of rk89, any of its affiliated entities, or any software or service provider with access to the Platform's back-end systems.
• You have not been diagnosed with or self-identified as a problem gambler, and you are not currently enrolled in a self-exclusion program with any gambling operator.

03 Account Registration

To use rk89's real-money services, you must register a Player Account by completing the registration process accurately and truthfully. The following conditions govern Account registration and maintenance:

3.1 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. rk89 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided at registration or at any subsequent time.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold only one active Account with rk89. The creation of multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or via different devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. rk89 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. rk89 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access that occurs due to the Player's failure to maintain credential security.

3.4 KYC Verification

Before any withdrawal is processed, Players must complete the KYC verification process by submitting a valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., Indonesian National Identity Card / KTP), proof of address dated within three months, and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. rk89 may request additional documentation at its discretion. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or Account suspension.

3.5 Account Currency

The primary account currency for Indonesian Players is Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). All displayed balances, deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, and bonus values are denominated in IDR unless otherwise expressly stated. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the Player's responsibility.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

rk89 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Indonesian players:

• Bank Transfer: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri (Bank Mandiri), CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. rk89 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify accepted payment methods without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit is Rp 50.000. The maximum single deposit amount is Rp 100.000.000. Daily aggregate deposit limits may apply based on account tier and payment method. Players may set lower personal deposit limits via the Responsible Gaming Tools section at any time.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bank transfer during Indonesian banking hours (approximately 08:00–16:00 WIB on bank business days) are typically processed within 5 minutes. Deposits made outside banking hours may take up to 24 hours to reflect in the Player's Account. rk89 is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's bank or payment provider.

4.4 Withdrawal Requests

Withdrawals are processed exclusively to bank accounts or payment methods registered in the Player's own name and verified during the KYC process. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. The maximum single withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.000 for standard accounts, with higher limits available for verified VIP tier members.

4.5 Withdrawal Processing Times

rk89 targets the following withdrawal processing timeframes after approval:

• Bank Transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri): 4–12 hours
• E-Wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay): 2–6 hours
• Weekend / public holiday withdrawals may take up to 24 hours

Processing times are measured from the point at which a withdrawal request has passed all required security and KYC checks. rk89 does not guarantee processing times and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party banking or payment systems.

4.6 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's Account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is approved.
• Any active Bonus Balance and its associated wagering requirements must be satisfied before Real-Money Balances credited against a bonus can be withdrawn.
• rk89 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing time by up to 72 hours in exceptional circumstances.
• Withdrawals to payment methods different from those used for deposits may require additional verification documentation.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

rk89 may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, reload bonuses, and loyalty incentives to Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to these general terms and to any specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are awarded at rk89's sole discretion and may be withdrawn, modified, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
• Each promotion is limited to one claim per Player, household, IP address, and payment method unless the promotion's specific terms state otherwise.
• Bonus funds are credited to the Player's Bonus Balance and are kept separate from the Real-Money Balance until wagering requirements are met.
• rk89 reserves the right to void any bonus and the winnings derived from it if there is evidence of fraudulent activity, abuse of the bonus system, or breach of these Terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified in a promotion's individual terms, the following default wagering requirements apply to all bonuses awarded by rk89:

• Sports Betting Bonuses: Bonus amount × 10 (rollover) on qualifying sports markets at minimum odds of 1.50 (decimal).
• Casino Bonuses: Bonus amount × 30 (rollover) on eligible slot or live casino games.
• Free Bet Awards: Winnings from free bets are subject to a × 5 rollover at minimum odds of 1.50 before withdrawal.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses and any associated free bets expire 30 calendar days from the date of credit unless otherwise stated. Any uncompleted wagering requirements at the time of expiry will result in forfeiture of the Bonus Balance and any winnings derived from it.

5.4 Seasonal and Cultural Promotions

rk89 may offer time-limited promotions coinciding with significant events in the Indonesian calendar, including Idul Fitri, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), Ramadan, and major sporting events such as BRI Liga 1 playoffs or the AFF Cup. These promotions carry their own specific terms, which will be published on the promotion page and communicated to eligible Players via their registered email address.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on rk89 are subject to the platform's Sports Betting Rules, which are published separately and incorporated by reference into these Terms. The following general principles apply:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. rk89 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion.
• In the event of a manifest error in displayed odds, rk89 reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes.
• Live in-play bets are subject to a brief delay before confirmation. Bets placed after an in-play event has been determined (e.g., a goal has been scored) may be voided by rk89.
• Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the bet to be successful. If one selection is void, the parlay reverts to the next lower combination.

6.2 Casino and Live Casino Games

All casino games, including live dealer tables provided by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, and NetEnt, are governed by the rules embedded within each game's own interface. These rules are set by the game provider and audited for fairness by independent testing agencies. rk89 does not alter the RTP (Return to Player) of any game.

6.3 Numbers Games

Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), where offered on rk89, is governed by draw schedules and prize tables published on the relevant game page. Draw results are independently verified and published promptly after each draw.

6.4 Void Bets and Settlements

A bet may be voided by rk89 in circumstances including, but not limited to: event cancellation, manifest pricing error, match abandonment without rescheduling within 72 hours, or evidence that the bet was placed under fraudulent or irregular circumstances. Voided bets are settled by returning the stake to the Player's Real-Money Balance.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rk89 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or at any other time.
• Opening or using multiple Accounts, or opening an Account on behalf of another person.
• Using software, bots, algorithms, or automated systems to place bets or interact with the Platform in any way not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: systematic low-risk betting to satisfy wagering requirements ("bonus hunting"), creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers.
• Money laundering, match-fixing, or any activity that involves the use of the Platform for illegal financial transactions.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to extract the source code of any part of the Platform.
• Facilitating access to the Platform by any person under the age of 21 or by any person subject to a self-exclusion order.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the rk89 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software — is the property of rk89 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform or its content.
• Use any data mining, robots, scraping, or similar data-gathering tools on the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website without prior written consent from rk89.

Any unauthorized use of rk89's intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property laws.

09 Privacy & Data

rk89 is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of its Players. The collection, processing, storage, and use of personal data is governed by rk89's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions.

By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Personal data collected during registration and KYC is used solely for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes.
• rk89 does not sell, rent, or trade personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.
• Transaction data, including deposit and withdrawal records, may be retained for a minimum period of five years for anti-money laundering compliance purposes.
• Players have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data, subject to applicable legal retention requirements. Requests should be submitted to [email protected].

10 Responsible Gaming

rk89 is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and enjoyable gaming experiences. We recognize that for a small proportion of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

• All Players must be at least 21 years of age to access real-money games on rk89.
• Players may set deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, and reality-check reminders via their Account settings at any time.
• Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a temporary time-out of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Players who believe they have a gambling problem may request a permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months and are processed within 24 hours of the request being received.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rk89, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with:

• Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the rk89 Platform.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform, including game providers.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your Account or transmissions.
• Technical failures, interruptions, or delays in Platform availability.
• Any errors or omissions in displayed odds, game outcomes, or balance information caused by system malfunction.

In no event shall rk89's total aggregate liability to any Player for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by that Player to their Account in the 90 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits rk89's liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12 Account Termination

12.1 Termination by the Player

Players may close their Account at any time by contacting rk89 support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any Real-Money Balance remaining in the Account (after deducting any outstanding Bonus Balance and unsatisfied wagering requirements) will be refunded to the Player's verified payment method within 10 business days.

12.2 Termination by rk89

rk89 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Chargebacks or disputed payment transactions initiated by the Player.
• Requests from regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or payment processors.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon Account termination for cause, rk89 may, at its discretion, void all pending bets, forfeit any Bonus Balance, and withhold the Real-Money Balance pending investigation. Where no breach is established following investigation, the remaining Real-Money Balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method.

13 Amendments to These Terms

rk89 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, rk89 will provide notice to Players via the registered email address or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect. For non-material changes, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the rk89 Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the changes.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rk89 is incorporated and licensed as an online gaming operator. rk89 operates under an internationally recognized gaming license and complies with the anti-money laundering and player protection standards of its licensing jurisdiction.

Players acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to restrictions under the laws of their country of residence, including Indonesia. Players are solely responsible for determining the legality of their use of the Platform under applicable local law. rk89 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or lawful for use in any specific jurisdiction.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by negotiation shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the licensing authority. Players retain the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration.
